You can download, free of charge, a trial version of ANNUI-T.

In fact, this trial version is almost identical to the real version but there are some restrictions. For example, the maximum interest rate is 4.99% and no printing is allowed. Most of the other functions remain the same. You can modify, save a file, generate reports, etc.

Even if ANNUI-T is very user friendly, we strongly recommend that you consult the help. Please note that you are not expected to understand all the financial theories and concepts. We do refer to the theory only as a matter of communication clarity. The most important thing is that you explore all the features of ANNUI-T. Indeed, some functions could save you a lot of work. For example, accountants using ANNUI-T save a substantial amount of time with the worksheets (5 year principal repayments, accrued interest report, etc) because these kinds of task are done automatically by the program.
